Campbell Square
Campbell Square is the City of Kapolei’s first office complex located on the corner of Kamokila Boulevard and Manawai Street, across from the Kapolei Regional Park.

Kapolei Shopping Center
This was the first project built in the new City of Kapolei. Its first tenant, Safeway Stores, opened for business in 1992.

Bank of Hawaii Hale O'Kapolei
Bank of Hawaii’s Hale O Kapolei houses many of the bank’s support services and its 24/7 Bankoh by Phone Call Center. Several other companies are also located in the complex.

Campbell Industrial Park
The largest industrial park in Hawaii and one of the region’s largest job centers, Campbell Industrial Park has nearly 250 businesses employing 4,000 people. It is adjacent to Barbers Point Kalaeloa Harbor.

Halekuai Center
Located across Farrington Highway from the Kapolei Shopping Center, Halekaui Center has a mix of retail, commercial, government and medical services tenants.

Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor
Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor is the state’s second busiest commercial harbor, which handles bulk cargo shipments.

Kapolei Business Park
Kapolei Business Park caters to light industrial uses, including construction, hardware, healthcare, food processing and supply, moving and storage, and fuel cell technology companies.

Kapolei Entertainment Center
Kapolei Entertainment Center includes a 16-screen movie theater facility, and several tenants. It is located on the mauka side of Kamokila Boulevard just past Wakea Street.

Kapolei Medical Park
Located on the corner of Fort Barrette Road and Farrington Highway, Kapolei Medical Park has some of Hawaii’s largest healthcare providers, including Queen’s Health Care and Kaiser Permanente.

Kapolei Park Plaza
Kapolei Park Plaza is a small retail center across from the Kapolei Shopping Center. One of its tenants is FMC Dialysis Services of Kapolei.

Kapolei Park Square
One of the city’s first small retail centers , Kapolei Park Square introduced the first Chinese restaurant to Kapolei. It’s located on Farrington Highway, next to the Kapolei Regional Park.

Kapolei Parkway Shops
The newest commercial/retail center in Kapolei, Kapolei Parkway Shops is located next to Outback Steakhouse. Tenants include Kapolei’s first drive-through Starbucks, and a variety of personal service and retail stores.

Kapolei Shell Center
A Shell gas station and car wash give their name to this small commercial center next to Kapolei Medical Park.

Kapolei Teleport
The Kapolei Teleport links Kapolei to Asia and North America via high-speed broadband trans-Pacific fiber optic cables and domestic and international satellite dishes.

Ko Olina
Ko Olina Resort and Marina is a booming resort destination with a luxury resort and spa, world-class golf, a full-service marina, upscale residential communities, and the gorgeous Leeward coastline.

Marketplace at Kapolei
The city’s second major shopping center, the Marketplace at Kapolei is adjacent to the Kapolei Shopping Center.

Pioneer/Ace Hardware
Located on Kamokila Boulevard next to Kapolei Parkway Shops, Pioneer/Ace Hardware’s facility also has office/retail space for tenants like Abe Lee Realty, Territorial Savings and Carpet Plus.

Other Businesses and Government Complexes
Several major businesses and government agencies have facilities in the City of Kapolei, including big box retailers such as Home Depot and BigKmart, the Honolulu Advertiser printing and production facility, the City & County of Honolulu’s Kapolei Hale, the State Office Building, the Kapolei Public Library and the Kapolei Regional Police Station.
